Amoy Food Centre is famous for their traditional Lor Mee. The Lor Mee had very thick braised meat gravy. There was very heavy braised meat soup tasted in the gravy.
The fatty pork though given little, was very braised until the whole meat melts in your mouth.
There were more ngor hiam than pork meat. It was crispy and when dipped in the braised gravy, tasted very good.
Overall, I think this Lor mee stall was the best in Singapore. Not much other stalls can come close to their thick braised meat gravy taste.
