If you are looking for a romantic place to bring your loved one, Ma Maison is the choice - located at 3rd floor of the Central.The lighting of the restaurant was quite dim. However, there is a table lamp on each table, making it look like a candle light dinner. If you are lucky, you can be seated near to the window whereby the view of the Singapore River is just beside you as you dine.Caesar Salad: I would say this is one of the best Caesar Salads that I ever had. Caesar Salad: I would say this is one of the best Caesar Salads that I ever had. Fresh lettuce, crunchy tomatoes well mixed with the sauce.
Escargots: Served piping hot, the garlic sauce really add on to the dish.
Seafood Paella: Generous serving of mussells, squids and prawns. Overall, it is indeed a place for good food!
