Taiwanese braised pork rice: The rice was so fragrance with the special sauce on it. This is essentially for a single person’s portion. Overall it was quite good though
The chef recommended plum sauce duck : Was quite a good one. The skin of the duck was crispy. With the a little sour plum sauce on it to enhance the taste of the duck. However, it seemed to be a little bit oily as I actually took a layer of oil out first before I consume it.
