The most important part of lui cha is the tea, and this stall manages to make it just nice. Not too bitter and not too diluted. However, the amount of salt in the tea varied on the few occasions that I patronised that stall. The diced vegetables are fried not too oily and the rice is cooked just right, so this dish is really simple and healthy.
