Crystal Jade My Bread (已結業)

i happened to be shopping at ang mo kio hub with my mum when she suggested we buy our breakfast from crystal jade my bread. I selected one of their recommend buns, the luncheon meat egg bun. I didn’t eat it until the next day. It was really good, the luncheon meat was not too thick slice so it was not too salty. The egg taste much like the Japanese egg, very smooth. They add some light mayo, gave the bun a very refreshing taste. The bun was very light and fluffy and very fragrant.
