at first, it looks very good. this huge macaron creation. but once you try it, it's not so good. the shell is not a french macaron shell. in fact, it is not sweet and is rather dry and powdery. the filling is very good. it's mango pureed with cream or something. but it's a bit too sweet. the colours are nice. i think the shells were left tasteless so that the sweet filling will not be too sweet as a whole confection. nice presentation. liked the filling and would have skipped eating the shell. s
