The taste of the ice cream is normal, and the originality only lies in the way that they make it. I bought the voucher from Qoo10 ($2.90), I add on another $1 to upgrade it to the durian flavor. The whole process starts with a liquid solution. After they pour into the mixer, they used liquid nitrogen to deep freeze the mixture and put the durian puree (they are so stingy with the puree!) in. After lots of nitorgen gases and mixing, the ice cream is done! It is magical to watch, but not really wh

After lots of nitorgen gases and mixing, the ice cream is done! It is magical to watch, but not really when you taste it. The ice cream is good, but not to the extent that i will pay so much more extra for a cup of it.
