Blistering hot while it came, it was an authentic local cuisine always. Large pieces of Fish, the flesh was substantial for the inspiring soup. Of course, Fish Head soup will be sweeter yet we elected the lighter version with only Fish Slices. The soup was still thickly milky, wonderful taste. Adding in some veggies, it helped a lot to make it tangy and fulfilling. Needless to say, it was a salivary meal. $22.00 for the small Hot Pot, it was enough for two to three persons.
