Small space with rustic furniture and strong buttery ice cream aroma.
Earl Grey and Green tea Ice Cream with waffle ($8.40) - Both scoops of ice cream was heavily flavoured. It taste similar to drinking matcha or earl grey milk tea. Waffle was warm and crispy, less of moist.
As for Red Velvet, small chucks of red velvet cake are mixed with the buttery ice cream and this adds on to the texture of it.Sunshine Plaza is not an unfamiliar place for the frequent patrons of Victor's Kitchen or Parklane Wanton Noodles. Its a good place to chill especially for the students from Lasalle and SMU. Have your fresh scoop of ice cream from Merely ice cream!
