This is one of the longest surviving stalls in this food centre as it has passed from the father to the sons to manage it now. This stall started its self-service system for a while now. This is the only minced meat noodle stall that served fried wanton skin to go with their noodle. I like to mix it with the sauce before eating it. They tend to cook their noodle a bit softer with ingredients like pig's liver, lean meat and minced meat. They usually sold out around 7 pm.
