I ordered the Minced Meat Mee Pok. The noodle is very springy and does not taste soggy at all. Whenever I order noodles, will always ask for extra chilli & vinegar as it complement the noodles very well. I like sliced mushroom the most as is very savory and can tell from the taste that it have been braised for very long.
