A bowl of minced meat noodles is perhaps one of the most homely, comforting food to have. This stall offers their minced meat noodles in soup or dry versions and I decided to opt for a small bowl of  soup noodles ($2.50). Service was relatively quick (perhaps because there weren't many customers). Served in traditional bowls, the noodle soup was not overly flavorful. There was some hint of pork broth in the soup, but otherwise it's rather bland. There were rather scant ingredients- noodles, minc
