look at my mini bun, this is a snapshot while i am queuing, the seller served them hot and steaming. Selling the bite-sized portion, took about 2 bites to finish off one, which made it a light snack, perfect to go with tea break. The skin of the bao was thin, delicate and soft. It was smell good. Very generous amount of char siew in each bao at S$0.60. Finely diced char siew went well with the mini-size which made chewing and swallowing an easy affair.
