Ju Chun Yuan (已結業)

This is a fish dish. The fish is very crispy and it is covered with a kind of thick sauce. It tastes great but it was a little too salty.This dish could do better in presentation. Although the plate they use has a very special shape, it is not very practical. Because the plate they used is too big. On one side is the fish and on the other side it is one small broccoli. It makes the dish look like there is very little stuff on it. They should also increase the portion of the fish.
