Brought a plate of the mixed rice as they have a wide variety of food to choose from. In the end, from the wide variety of food, I have chosen the sweet and sour pork, stir fried brinjal and the stir fried tofu. Firstly, the sweet and sour pork is coated with a thin layer of the sauce and the sweet and sour taste is not too strong. The pork is well cooked, has a silght crispy texture, soft and tender on the inside. As for the stir fried brinjal, seasoning wise not that sufficient as the brinjal

Firstly, the sweet and sour pork is coated with a thin layer of the sauce and the sweet and sour taste is not too strong. The pork is well cooked, has a silght crispy texture, soft and tender on the inside. As for the stir fried brinjal, seasoning wise not that sufficient as the brinjal taste a bit bland and oily and the brinjal is not overcooked and has certain crunchy texture in it. Lastly, the stir fried tofu is cut into equally size, well cooked and sufficient seasoning is added for the gravy.
