Had dinner at MOF Japanese Sweets & Coffee@ Ang Mo Kio Hub. We ordered two courses.Set 1: Unagi with tamago bento set. the unagi is fresh and being grilled til just nice. The rice are fragrance and taste greatly with the unagi sauce. Second set is the Japanese salmon tomato sauce pasta. I had never tried before the Japanese style of pasta. The sauce is tomato base mixed with small bits of salmon meat. This create a strong salmon flavor in the normal tomato sauce itself. Overall it is actu
