well i just love seafoodespecially fresh ones!!this bamboo clam taste mild and the tong feng absorbs the sauce and clam's essencewe had chilli crab as welland i love the sauce! best taste with man tou crispy outside and soft inside.. taste mild sweethad tofu with pork floss as wellyum yum!!
