There's also a specific order in which you're supposed to eat it so you can appreciate each flavor without having had the previous overpowering what you're eating nowCome here when you're trying to impress guests that aren't familiar with the Chinese cuisine as the waiter who goes around pouring your tea with long nozzle is a show in itself.
