I excited when Popeyes came to singapore as i had it before at the states years back! Popeye's chicken is better than other fast food places. Good relatively juicy and not overly greasy. Both pieces were enjoyable and consistent. Popeyes rocks and if you like crispy fried chicken that's so good you could buy a 12-piece family pack.
