I paid my visit to penny university at east area during Christmas Day 25/12/2013 around 1pm.. The place was packed and we waited half an hour to get our seat. You place your order at the counter then you get your table no.. The cafe is quite small and can only fit not more than 15 table.. The food and service was good.. However, the poached egg were overcooked on the day.. The must try is hot chocolate which the taste is just perfect in my opinion.. Not too sweet..
