nice bak kut teh

My mother ordered the bak kut teh at the market. It did take sometime for it to be served probably because we went during the peak hours. The bak kut teh from this stall is pretty good. The soup has this very herb smell which makes it very appetizing. It was very tasty, not too salty and the herbs taste was not too overwhelming. The pork ribs were very tender and the herbs taste had infused into the meat. When you dipped the meat into the black sauce, it is absolutely delicious. The soup is not

The soup has this very herb smell which makes it very appetizing. It was very tasty, not too salty and the herbs taste was not too overwhelming. The pork ribs were very tender and the herbs taste had infused into the meat. When you dipped the meat into the black sauce, it is absolutely delicious. The soup is not too oily too so you can have it for breakfast and wun feel heavy the whole day.
