i went to wan chai for dinner with my friends. I was kind of spoilt for choice as I scanned through the menu. There were quite a lot of food. I finally settled for the yuan yang baked rice. there were seafood in the dish. I found the seafood really fresh. The prawn especially was very sweet and succulent. The mussels was so juicy and tasty. All the seafood were seasoned perfectly. The rice is very fragrant, they used some tomato sauce. The tomato sauce added some acidity to the dish. I love the
