The noodles are supposed to be hand cut so it's fresh and separate. Supposed to be made fresh daily. The soup has 3 prawns in it but they are not shelled, so it's a bit annoying and spikey. The noodles are very good - springy and al dente and not too heavy. The soup is surprisingly wonderful and very tasty. Does not make you thirsty later. Not sure if this is a chain as there seems to be made stores around Singapore with the exact same name. Rather expensive for a bowl of noodles. You can choose
