Booked a table for 2 online with 25% off promotion. The last time i came here was probably 8 years ago. To be honest, this visit changed my opinion of the line, maybe its the Wednesday buffet spread that failed to wow and perhaps because i came with high expectations. the only consolation i had was the oysters were still fresh and good and so were the salad bar and desserts cake section. I find the other dishes have scaled very much towards catering to tourists, offering the very basic rojak

To be honest, this visit changed my opinion of the line, maybe its the Wednesday buffet spread that failed to wow and perhaps because i came with high expectations. the only consolation i had was the oysters were still fresh and good and so were the salad bar and desserts cake section. I find the other dishes have scaled very much towards catering to tourists, offering the very basic rojak , dim sum, laksa, cooked food fair, prata, fried rice etc. Maybe its a good option for tourist or 1st time visitors to Singapore but it just doesn't work for a repeated local diner. If not for the ambience and spacious setting, i wojkd rate the buffet as average. But still i think i may give it one more shot again on the premium buffet spread for weekends or seasonal offerings before deciding I'm not going to come back here again . Spend total $127 after discount + $6 parking
