I remember I had this after the first day of visiting during the Chinese New Year period. I thought yes, noodles soup is a good option after all the feasting.Ahh but of course, ramen may not be the healthiest of all noodles. Especially with the pork and the layer of oil. Anyway hence i decided to choose the healthiest looking ramen among all the other ramen stalls. SO here i end up with this bowl, cant remember the complicated name.
