there is not much in the bowl except for lots of coconut soup. the coconut milk soup was fresh, which was good. but very very sweet. the bits like yam and sweet potatoes and tapioca bits were only a little bit. you probably can count them with 2 hands. nothing great about it. just a sugar rush and saves you making it yourself. but its far form homemade. the bits in the soup are not only few, they are small and overcooked. about $2.50
