After shopping around Jem one day, my sisters and I decided to head for dinner at the Level 5 food court at Jem. We were craving for Korean food and luckily enough there is a stall serving Korean food.I ordered the Korean glass noodles, while my sisters had the rice cake with ramen and bibimbap set. I was very disappointed that the glass noodles, which also tasted quite bland, did not had the same consistency that I had expected, instead it felt as it I was eating Chinese vermicelli. What’s mor
I ordered the Korean glass noodles, while my sisters had the rice cake with ramen and bibimbap set. I was very disappointed that the glass noodles, which also tasted quite bland, did not had the same consistency that I had expected, instead it felt as it I was eating Chinese vermicelli. What’s more is that the rice formed a larger portion than the vermicelli. It was quite expensive, $6+ without any meat, except for an egg and some carrots and cucumbers.On the other hand, I liked the spicy rice cakes as they were chewy and had some flavour to it. The bibimbap were also nice.
So overall I had say go for the rice cakes and bibimbap and skip the glass noodles. Totally not worth it.
