Went in to this newly opened restaurant in Marina Square with great anticipation but left the place with a glitch of disappointment.From the setup, the business system and the manner of how the operations went, its a total disappointment. The air con temperature was far too cold to endure in an enclosed corner for the patrons and not lending the helping hand to keep the food warm enough for consumption. From the setup, the business system and the manner of how the operations went, its a total disappointment. The air con temperature was far too cold to endure in an enclosed corner for the patrons and not lending the helping hand to keep the food warm enough for consumption.
Service was far too slow and our ice water on our table usually went unnoticed to all staff busy walking up and down the aisle. Seems like this is the trend within the restaurant. We were served with a started that made up of chips that were placed in front of the cashier counter that were totally exposed to all customers! Where is the hygiene standards that restaurant are supposed to adhere to? Worst of all, the chips came in soggy which came in touch with liquid!
To end our dramatic experience with the restaurant, i believe that this is the longest period of time that we had to stand in front of the cashier counter just to make that long awaited credit payment of almost 10 minutes...do bear in mind...the restaurant is only 30 percent full of customers.
Speechless! Only positive thing...the portion of the salad is generous...apart from that am just hoping that they will improve their standards and learn from their experiences.
