The potato wedges is baked at the right temperature and timing a the wedges is soft in the inside yet well done cooked and it is a little bit crispy at the skin wise. However it will be better if the wedges was served fresh. I deem the wedges was cooked and left at a certain corner and just served when needed. This palate is not cheap, at all! Not really value for money considering the amount of food served and quality. I think it will be good for once in a while indulge if you are craving for their fried chicken or so XD. --SGD approx below 60
