Okonomiyaki is a Japanese pancake that contained different types of ingredients. I enjoy eating it but the Okonomiyaki at this place was a disappointment. The taste of the pancake tasted quite bland containing the shredded cabbage. The cooked Okonomiyaki was decorated with the thick sauce together with the seaweed flakes, bonito flakes and mayonnaise. The texture of the pancake was a little too wet as i prefer it to be drier with a slight crisp. This would be the only time as i am not keen to tr
