If you are around the town area, you should drop my the famous Maxwell food center to have something to eat. Although there are many famous food at Maxwell food center, i would highly recommend that you order the oyster cake from the Maxwell Fuzhou Oyster Cake stall. Although the oyster cake looked a bit over cooked, it taste great, the mince meat and oyster filling is really generous. It is one of the best oyster cake that i had ever taken.
