Shun Li Fried Oysters (已結業)

Looking at the photo makes me drool. My dining partner took this using her dslr, and it really looked so much better than the normal photos that I took using my camera phone. Anyway, this oyster omelette is really as good as it looks. The stall owner did not sting on the oysters at all, and the oysters are really fresh as well. It is fat and juicy and the chilli also gives it a tangy taste. Although it is slightly greasy, it is definitely worth it to waste your calories on.
