Situated at the historical lao pa sat which was recently renovated is this local delight with a long queue. It sells fried hokkien noodles, fried carrot cake and oyster omelette etc.While waiting for the oyster omelette, I wanted to order another plate of fried prawn noodles but the person said I have to re - queue. The oyster omelette taste pretty good. It is crispy but not totally crispy until it is over fried. It still has the soft flour taste. Locals prefer it with more egg and this is suite

The oyster omelette taste pretty good. It is crispy but not totally crispy until it is over fried. It still has the soft flour taste. Locals prefer it with more egg and this is suited to local taste. The big plate cost 8 bucks. A little pricey but quite worth it in my opinion.
