The concept of how they make ice cream is rather cool. They do it using liquid nitrogen, and the fun part is that they do it at the counter (behind a glass panel) such that you can see the entire process.I order passionfruit ice cream for $4.80. I felt that the price is a tad expensive for ice cream, if you compare to other ice cream cafes. Tastewise, the passionfruit was not bad.I was more intrigued by a wall of cup designs though. Be sure to snap a pic while you're there!
