Pepper lunch is always a restaurant that will tempt me to walk in to order their pepper rice as meal whenever I passed by. The pepper smell is fragrant yet sometimes may be a bit smelly as the smell will follows you after u went in and finished meal inside. But it doesn't stop me from dining inside XD the side dish is not bad too, I ordered their seaweed soup before which is great, and this ice cream is also not bad, I ordered the caramel flavour, it was a bit too sweet but the ice cream taste l
