A kind of Hot Pot steamboat experience, Suki-ya was now offered in Buffet style. Four soup bases in the list, I opted for the Shabu-shabu. I still remember last time I was taking Suki-Yaki and Touyu Miso, they were both decently famous. The price was $21.90++ during dinner, additional $2.00 if having it at weekends. Eat as much as I can, I was excited with the dishes fully occupied at our table. I cannot say their ingredients displayed at the bar were all healthy, because most of them were frozen foodies. Anyway, the important thing was delicious for me. I was enjoying the pot with my DIY dipping sauce, Beef, Chicken and Pork were obviously fresh and filling. Reasonable price, their service, ambience and food-quality were all up-to standard.
