Normally at many Thai restaurants, when you ordered Phad Thai, they usually tasted like our local Char Kway Teow minus the cockles.

At Beer Thai House, I heard their Chef was from Thailand and this restaurant was catered to the Thai community in Singapore, hence their food was more of Thai hometown taste.

The Phad Thai that I ordered had the aroma of "Wok" when it was served on the table.

The noodles was springy and tasted sweet and flavourful with a hint of lime flavour.

The prawns in the noodles tasted fresh. But the bean spourt was slightly on the raw side and was cruchy.
