My friend recommended me to try the pig liver mee sua & I decided to went there on Friday evening. Since is a weekday, hence there was no queue. I ordered the pig liver mee sua & was surprised to see the soup is black colour, must be they added dark soya sauce in the soup. In order to taste the softness & freshness of the pig liver, the temperature & the time to cook must be just nice else if overcooked, the texture is hard hence not nice.
