Went there with my family for dinner. We have ordered Wasabi Mayonnaise Prawns, Steamed Batang, Beancurd with Spinach. First time trying their food, I found it average. The wasabi mayonnaise prawns was not very impressend after all. The batter and frying process seemed to have been overdone which left the prawns tasting hard and dry instead of cruncy and juicy. The steamed batang was not bad. The fish was huge. The fish was fresh and I can even tasted the sweetness of the fish. It went well with

The steamed batang was not bad. The fish was huge. The fish was fresh and I can even tasted the sweetness of the fish. It went well with the salty and sourish stock. As for the beancurd with spinach, it was average too. The spinach turned out too old. Although a tad salty, the spinach with all its flaws, ultimately tasted better then the beancurd atop it, which came across as being totally tasteless. Overall, the food was average.張貼
