I had baked rice for lunch together with a loaf of my favourite garlic bread.The baked rice was full of cheese, mushroom and chicken meat with pineapples.I love the mix of flavours and my lunch was very fulfilling.Although there is quite an amount of cheese topping, it did not cover the tastiness of the chicken and mushrooms.I love the garlic bread, so nicely toasted and melts in my mouth, filling it with smooth buttered garlic.
