To begin, the food service was crawling to a halt, taking more than 20 minutes for our food to arrive, although service speed was pretty decent.The standard of the food had dropped noticeably for the Flame-Grilled Ribeye ($44++), with the meat tasting a tad stale and lacking in flavor - a far cry from my first few experiences with the restaurant at JCube. To conclude, it is already disastrous when customers pay good money for mediocre food. It is tragic and doom-spelling when customers have to pay an increased price for mediocrity too! Please bring back my good memories of Chilli's and improve the quality of the food, if the pricing cannot be amended. I really love this place - it's so sad =((!
