I must say this is one of the nice popiah that I have eaten so far. There was a fine balance of sweet and savoury, and the skin was not overladen with juices. The popiah was nicely wrapped - the ingredients did not fall out when pick up. But what is most amazing is the popiah skin - so chewy and strong!
