Yummy St Louis Pork Rib! I think it's very well known so most people should have try it? If not, you better try it soon! It's not too expensive because the portion is SO BIG that you can actually share with one person (but i guess that would only apply to girls or kids or guys with small appetite). I love the meat of the pork! It's so delicious! With the gravy, it's godly! I had one whole plate to myself and I took about an hour plus to finish? Because it was so fulling! Plus, it's so difficult to take the bones out. That's the only thing I don't like I guess.
Queue at Plaza Singapura's Cartel takes about 5-10mins for dinner? It's pretty okay to me. I don't really like the seatings though, it's kinda squeezy and hard to walk around to get the bread.
