This evening, I have my late dinner after work. I want to have some special cuisine and I pass by this restaurant which serves Hong Kong style of dishes. When I step in, there is a crowd of eater, as I am lucky to get seated. As I am hungry, I order the rice with Pork Fillet in Black Pepper sauce. I appreciate that they serve separately a bowl of Black Pepper Pork sauce and a plate of rice. The dish is quite spicy hot which is acceptable to me. The pork is cut into slightly long cube in fillet

As I am hungry, I order the rice with Pork Fillet in Black Pepper sauce. I appreciate that they serve separately a bowl of Black Pepper Pork sauce and a plate of rice. The dish is quite spicy hot which is acceptable to me. The pork is cut into slightly long cube in fillet and not into thin slices with onion, broccoli, carrot and chili. surprisingly that it is very tender and chewy and is delicious. I really enjoy eating it.
