Everyday at around 8.30pm, you will see a long queue forming at the cashier of crystal jade my bread. The reason for the long queue is because all the buns and bread at having discount. I too joined in the queue and got myself a pork floss bun with egg mayo. This bun is pretty large in size. They were very generous with their pork floss, the only downside is that the egg mayo is a little dried up and the egg is a little hard probably cos they baked it together. But it was pretty satisfying.
