Poulet Roti (Poulet's signature roast chicken) comes with some unknown raw vegetables, and fresh mushrooms in a creamy sauce that tastes strongly of coconut milk. This is quite unique and nice, but I wouldn't order this for myself because a significant part of the chicken is chicken breast which can be a rather large portion for one person to consume. But to be fair, the roasted chicken was quite good. The skin was sufficiently crispy and fats easily removed. The meat itself was also very tasty
