We decided to skip our usual choice of prawn noodle in this food centre and tried this out for the first time.There was quite a few customers right in front of this stall during the busy lunch hour. Amongst the different choices, we decided to order a portion of yellow noodle with prawns and pork ribs for $4.00.The serving came with 3 pieces of half-shelf prawns and 3 pieces of braised pork ribs with a piece of artificial abalone, a few slices of fish cake and kang kong together dried shallots.

The overall taste of this particular bowl of noodle is pretty mediocre, rather passable and not outstanding. It tasted better after added in the dry chilli powder provided. The bowl of soup that served along with the noodle tasted rather diluted. The braised pork ribs gotten an overwhelmed taste of the five spice powder but the texture was tender and soft.
I could not help but compared it with my regular stall in the same food centre and my choice is pretty clear cut. I would prefer my regular choice at any time.
