Putien is an established chain that has many outlets across Singapore, and it has a wide variety of dishes and many appetizers as well. I think they are having some bamboo clams promotion, and we tried the steamed bamboo clam with minced garlic, which costs around $20; quite expensive, but it's pretty good, clams were fresh and tangy and I liked the garlic sauce.
