The cold version was not as cold as expected and turns warm after sometimes due to the humid weather. Loves the "Q" and chewy bites from the items.
We requested the cashier to add in ice to make the dish cold and they did it without additional cost.
"Jiu Fen" Taro Crushed Ice is great. This is also listed as one of the better bowls of desserts and a must try! The grass jelly is very cooling and additionally smooth, the best part of it is that one can add the little cup of milk to enhance its taste.
The outdoor seatings are good and well prepared for humid weather with fans installed. However the environment is quite dark and difficult for customers to read the menu. Service overall is okay, just that there is one lady who has attitude issues, making loud noises when clearing the tables and giving a sulky look.
I will like to dine in Black Ball again after meal especially when the seats are outdoors and should be windy during the nights.
