I have tried all and my vote for the Ramen Champion is Taishoken. Chef Kazuo Yamagishi heads it. He is famous for having invented tsukemen, an extremely concentrated broth made from chicken, pork and anchovies. One of the most important deterrents of a good ramen is the ramen itself; it must have the springy and the smooth texture. And, the next deterrent has to be the broth; it should have the right balance of the essence of the chicken and the pork. Other than the ramen and the broth, the flavored egg and Chasu played important roles too. It served along with bamboo shoots, fishcake and seaweed as well.
Only if the above factors are gotten right then it would be possible to serve a good bowl of ramen with the taste of the heaven.
Come on down to try it then to vote for the ultimate Ramen Champion. Only the winner will get to stay permanently and the rest have to be gone!
Strongly recommended.
